Hotel Policy

  • According to government regulations, a valid Photo ID must be presented at the time of check in for every guest above the age of 18 years. The identification proofs accepted are adhaar cards, driver’s license, voter’s card and passport. Without a valid ID, guests will not be allowed to check in.
  • The standard check-in time is 12 PM and the standard check-out time is 10 AM. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may be chargeable by the hotel. After booking you will be sent an email confirmation with hotel’s contact details. You may get in touch with the hotel directly if you require the same.
  • The inclusion of an extra bed with a booking is facilitated with a folding cot or a mattress as an extra bed.
  • The amount paid for the room does not include charges for optional services and facilities (such as room service, laundry or telephone calls). These will be charged at the time of check-out.


Booking & Cancellation Policy

  • To confirm a booking, the hotel may ask the guest to make a partial or full payment before the check in date. An email will be sent to the guest giving the details of the amount to be paid. The remaining amount, if any, would need to be paid at the hotel at the time of check in.
  • If the booking is cancelled upto 7 days prior to the check in date, the advance given is 100% refundable. If the booking is cancelled 4 days prior to the check in date, 50% of the advance payment will be refunded. If cancelled after that, the advance paid will be non refundable. However terms for cancellation of group bookings (10 rooms or more) will vary.
  • The cancellation or modification charges are standard and any waiver is at the hotel's discretion.
  • Modification of bookings can be done based on the availability of rooms. Number of modifications possible on a booking will be at the discretion of the hotel.
  • If the guest plans to check-in at the hotel after 6:00 pm, they must inform the hotel in advance. The hotel can release the room in case they have not checked-in by 6:00 pm and have not given any prior information about the same.
  • For a no show there will not be any refund of advance payment.
  • All incidental expenses must be settled by the guest at the time of check out.
  • Extension of stay will be subject to availability. The hotel reserves the right to refuse any extension if there are no rooms available.
